1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Netra Plus – Smart Blind Tech Assistant. By downloading, accessing, or using our Android Accessibility App, you signify your unreserved intent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms outlined here, please refrain from using the application.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Netra Plus strictly for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others, or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the app. Our software is designed specifically to function as an AI Assistant App for accessibility.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright, trademarks, design rights, and identical intellectual property in our App and its content belong to Netra X Developers or its licensors. You may not reproduce, repurpose, or distribute our native code or OCR Reader App assets without explicit formal permission.

4. Accessibility Usage Disclaimer

Netra Plus provides exceptional assistive tooling. However, you acknowledge that you use our Blind Accessibility App entirely at your own risk. It is an assistive tool and must not be entirely relied upon for life-critical navigation or medical interpretation.

5. AI Feature Limitations Disclaimer

The Object Detection App and other AI-powered components in Netra Plus process visual data algorithmically. Therefore, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Outputs such as text reading and environmental descriptions are strictly advisory.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Netra X Developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Netra Plus application, including but not limited to physical injury reliant on app feedback.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, hack, modify, disrupt, or copy the Application or any data transmission associated with the App to extract proprietary APIs or structural designs.

8. Account Responsibilities

If account creation is implemented, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for whatever activities occur under your account.

9. Third-Party Links

The Application may contain links to independent third-party websites or services. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party resources.

10. Termination

Netra X Developers reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we establish a severe breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law (India)

These terms shall be explicitly governed and construed in absolute accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal matters shall be exclusively handled within Indian jurisdictions under the IT Act standards.
